Merhaba, benim adım Jam. Futbolla tanışmam evde başladı. Babam ve ağabeyim maç izlemeyi çok severdi, ben de onları takip ederek futbola ilgi duymaya başladım.
Türkiye’deki futbol atmosferi hakkında ne düşünüyorsunuz? Ankaragücü gibi köklü bir kulübün maçını tribünden izlemek ister miydiniz?
Türkiye, dünyanın en tutkulu futbol taraftarlarına ve en gürültülü atmosferine sahip ülkelerden biri olarak biliniyor. Türk insanının futbola olan sevgisi beni gerçekten çok etkiliyor.
Maçlardaki atmosfer, tribünlerin enerjisi ve taraftarların takımlarına olan bağlılığı gerçekten çok özel. Sadece bir maç izlemek değil, adeta o duyguyu birlikte yaşamak gibi. Bu da Türkiye’de futbolu diğer birçok ülkeden farklı kılıyor.
Türkiye’nin güçlü bir ligi ve çok yetenekli oyuncuları var. Aynı zamanda kulüplerin köklü geçmişi ve taraftar kültürü de bu yapıyı daha da değerli hale getiriyor.
Bir gün Tayland’ın da Türkiye gibi güçlü bir futbol kültürüne ve bu kadar tutkulu taraftarlara sahip olmasını umuyorum.
Bir Ankaragücü taraftarı olarak sizi Eryaman Stadyumu’nda ağırlamak isteriz. Böyle bir atmosferde maç izlemek ister miydiniz?
Ankaragücü hakkında çok fazla bilgim olmasa da Türkiye’deki taraftar atmosferinin ne kadar etkileyici olduğunu biliyorum. Özellikle Türkiye’de tribün kültürünün çok güçlü olması beni gerçekten meraklandırıyor.
Türkiye’de bir maçı tribünden izlemek isterim. Böyle tutkulu taraftarlara sahip bir takımın maçında olmak benim için sadece bir futbol deneyimi değil, aynı zamanda çok özel bir kültürü yerinde yaşamak anlamına gelir.
Taraftarların takımlarına olan bağlılığı, maç boyunca oluşturdukları atmosfer ve birlikte yaşadıkları duygular beni çok etkiliyor.
Bu yüzden Ankaragücü gibi köklü ve tutkulu taraftarlara sahip bir takımın maçını tribünden izlemek benim için gerçekten unutulmaz bir deneyim olurdu.
Futbolun insanları bir araya getiren en güçlü duygulardan biri olduğunu düşünüyorum. Farklı ülkelerde olsak bile aynı heyecanı paylaşabiliyoruz. Bu yüzden futbol benim için çok özel.

Bugün oynanacak Liverpool – Galatasaray maçı hakkında tahmininiz nedir?
Liverpool – Galatasaray maçında Liverpool bir gol geride ve dezavantajlı durumda olabilir. Ancak Anfield’da gol atmak her zaman zordur.
Anfield’daki atmosfer ve taraftar desteği, oyuncular üzerinde çok büyük bir etki yaratıyor. Özellikle böyle kritik maçlarda Liverpool’un sahada çok daha farklı bir kimliğe büründüğünü düşünüyorum.
Bu yüzden Liverpool’un geri dönerek maçı 2–1 kazanabileceğine inanıyorum. Ancak Galatasaray da çok tecrübeli ve güçlü bir takım, bu yüzden maçın kolay geçmeyeceğini düşünüyorum.
Karşılaşmanın oldukça çekişmeli geçeceğini ve sonucun detaylarda belirleneceğini düşünüyorum. Bu nedenle maçın penaltılara gitmesi de benim için sürpriz olmaz.
Futbolla yolculuğunuz ve Liverpool sevginiz nasıl başladı?
Liverpool taraftarı olmamın en büyük nedeni ise Steven Gerrard’dı. Küçükken arkadaşlarım Gerrard yazılı formalar giyiyordu. Onu sürekli görmem bende merak uyandırdı ve internetten araştırmaya başladım. Fotoğraflarına baktıkça ve videolarını izledikçe zamanla Liverpool taraftarı oldum.
Steven Gerrard sizin için ne ifade ediyor?
Daha önce de söylediğim gibi, Liverpool’u Steven Gerrard sayesinde desteklemeye başladım. O benim en sevdiğim oyuncu ve futbola âşık olmamı sağlayan kişi.
Sahadaki liderliği, karakteri ve takımı için verdiği mücadele beni her zaman etkiledi. Onu izlerken sadece bir futbolcu değil, aynı zamanda oyunun ruhunu yansıtan bir lider görüyordum.
Gerrard benim için sadece bir oyuncu değil, futbola bakışımı şekillendiren bir figür oldu. Bu yüzden Liverpool ile kurduğum bağın temelinde de onun etkisi var. Aynı zamanda tüm Liverpool taraftarları için de bir efsane ve hayat boyu idol olarak kalmaya devam edecek.
Steven Gerrard ile tanışma deneyiminiz nasıldı?
Evet, Gerrard ile röportaj yapma ve sunuculuk yapma fırsatı buldum. Benim için gerçekten unutulmaz ve çok özel bir deneyimdi. Çocukluk idolümle aynı ortamda bulunmak, yıllardır ekrandan izlediğim bir isimle yüz yüze gelmek adeta bir hayalin gerçekleşmesi gibiydi.
Onu ilk gördüğüm an çok heyecanlandım çünkü bu, benim için sadece bir röportaj değil, yıllardır içimde taşıdığım bir hayranlığın gerçeğe dönüşmesiydi. Onunla konuşabilmek, aynı ortamı paylaşmak ve bu anı birebir yaşamak benim için tarif edilmesi zor bir mutluluktu.
O an kendimi hem çok şanslı hem de gururlu hissettim. Çünkü çocukken hayranlıkla izlediğim bir oyuncuyla bir gün aynı sahnede olmak, benim için gerçekten inanılmaz bir duyguydu.
Liverpool Tayland’da ne kadar popüler?
Bence Liverpool Tayland’da çok büyük bir taraftar kitlesine sahip. Hatta en popüler kulüp diyebilirim. Eğer Liverpool değilse, Manchester United ile birlikte en üst sıralarda yer alıyor.
Tayland’da özellikle Premier League’e çok büyük bir ilgi var ve bu ilginin merkezinde de bu iki kulüp bulunuyor. Liverpool’un başarıları, tarihi ve taraftar kültürü burada birçok insanı etkiliyor.
Aynı zamanda sosyal medyada ve günlük hayatta da Liverpool taraftarlarına sıkça rastlayabilirsiniz. Bu yüzden Liverpool’un Tayland’daki yeri gerçekten çok özel diyebilirim.

Tayland’da en popüler lig Premier League çünkü maç saatleri bizim için oldukça uygun oluyor (genellikle akşam 21.00 ve 23.00 gibi). Bu da insanların maçları rahatça takip edebilmesini sağlıyor.

Hello, my name is Jam. My journey with football started at home. My father and older brother loved watching matches, so I followed them and developed an interest in football.
What do you think about the football atmosphere in Türkiye? Would you like to experience a match from the stands, especially for a historic club like Ankaragücü?
Türkiye is known as one of the countries with the most passionate football fans and the loudest atmospheres in the world. I am truly impressed by the Turkish people’s love for football.
The atmosphere in the stadiums, the energy of the stands, and the loyalty of the fans to their teams are truly special. It’s not just about watching a match—it feels like experiencing those emotions together. This makes football in Türkiye different from many other countries.
Türkiye has a strong league and many talented players. At the same time, the deep-rooted history of clubs and strong fan culture make it even more valuable.
I hope that one day Thailand can also have a football culture and passionate supporters like Türkiye.
As an Ankaragücü fan, we would love to host you at Eryaman Stadium. Would you like to experience such an atmosphere?
Although I don’t know much about Ankaragücü, I know that the fan atmosphere in Türkiye is very impressive. I am especially curious about the strong fan culture there.
I would love to watch a match in Türkiye from the stands. Being part of such a passionate crowd would not only be a football experience but also a chance to experience a unique culture.
The loyalty of the fans, the atmosphere they create throughout the match, and the emotions they share are very impressive.
That’s why watching a match of a club like Ankaragücü, with such a strong and passionate fan base, would be an unforgettable experience for me.
I believe football is one of the strongest forces that brings people together. Even if we are in different countries, we can share the same excitement. That’s why football is very special to me.

What is your prediction for today’s Liverpool – Galatasaray match?
Liverpool may be one goal behind and at a disadvantage. However, it is always difficult to score at Anfield.
The atmosphere at Anfield and the support from the fans have a huge impact on the players. Especially in such important matches, I believe Liverpool shows a completely different identity on the pitch.
That’s why I think Liverpool can come back and win the match 2–1. However, Galatasaray is also a very experienced and strong team, so it will not be an easy match.
I expect a very competitive game where small details will decide the outcome. It wouldn’t surprise me if the match goes to penalties.
How did your journey with football and your love for Liverpool begin?
The biggest reason I became a Liverpool fan was Steven Gerrard. When I was young, my friends wore jerseys with Gerrard’s name on them. Seeing that so often made me curious, so I searched for him online. As I looked at his photos and watched his videos, I gradually became a Liverpool fan.
What does Steven Gerrard mean to you?
As I mentioned before, I started supporting Liverpool because of Steven Gerrard. He is my favorite player and the person who made me fall in love with football.
His leadership on the pitch, his character, and his determination for the team always impressed me. When I watched him, I didn’t just see a footballer—I saw a leader who represented the spirit of the game.
For me, Gerrard is not just a player, but someone who shaped my perspective on football. That’s why my connection with Liverpool is deeply rooted in him. He will always remain a legend and a lifelong idol for all Liverpool fans.
What was it like meeting Steven Gerrard?
Yes, I had the opportunity to host and interview Gerrard. It was truly an unforgettable and very special experience for me. Being in the same environment as my childhood idol, someone I had watched on screen for years, felt like a dream come true.
The moment I saw him, I was incredibly excited. For me, it wasn’t just an interview—it was the realization of a long-held admiration. Being able to talk to him, share the same space, and experience that moment firsthand was an indescribable happiness.
At that moment, I felt both very lucky and proud. To stand on the same stage one day with a player I admired as a child was truly an incredible feeling.
How popular is Liverpool in Thailand?
I believe Liverpool has a very large fanbase in Thailand. In fact, I would say it is the most popular club. If not Liverpool, then Manchester United is also at the top.
There is a huge interest in the Premier League in Thailand, and these two clubs are at the center of that interest. Liverpool’s success, history, and fan culture attract many people here.
You can frequently see Liverpool fans in daily life and on social media. That’s why Liverpool has a very special place in Thailand.
What is football fan culture like in Thailand?
The most popular league in Thailand is the Premier League because match times are very convenient (usually around 9 PM and 11 PM). This allows people to follow matches comfortably.
People plan their weekends around matches, and football has become an important part of daily life.
